RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges are limited to sizing adjustments only.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be offered as a final resolution for a future purchase.

All NKD Potion products (including fragrances, oils, and related items) are final sale due to the nature of the products.

However, if you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help and make sure you feel confident in your purchase.

As our items are produced in limited quantities, we do not offer returns. If an item has been used, altered, or mishandled, we may be unable to process the request.

How to request an exchange:
Please contact us with your request, including the reason for exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
